Green tea is graded according to quality and plant parts used. There are wide variations in price and quality within these broad categories, and there are many specialty tea green that fall outside this spectrum.

There is archaeological evidence suggesting that green tea has been drinking for nearly 5,000 years, with India and China are the first two countries that grow them. Green tea has been used in traditional medicine in India, China, Japan and Thailand to help everything from controlling bleeding and helping heal the wounds of the regulation of body temperature, blood sugar and promoting digestion.

What Oolong tea is

Oolong tea (Wu Long) is a traditional Chinese semi-oxidized tea, occupying an intermediate position between the green and black teas, ranging from 10% to 70% of oxidation. By combining the best qualities of green tea and black tea, oolong a flavor profile more nuanced. Tea Oolong is clear and fragrant as green tea, but as fresh and strong as black tea, with the bitterness leaving a sweet and pleasant aftertaste. Well known are the oolong tea produced in the Wuyi mountains of Fujian Province and Taiwan's central mountains.

The Chinese have been aware of the health benefits of Oolong tea. For thousands of years, tea has been used to treat everything from headaches to depression. Oolong tea has proven anti-aging properties. Moreover oolong tea contains powerful antioxidants known to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Antioxidants can also lower cholesterol and help pressure pressure, and time, the risk of heart disease. Even help protect the liver against toxins in alcohol and cigarettes. Oolong tea can also help digest food and feel renewed and revitalized.

What is white tea

White tea is tea made from new growth buds and young leaves of the plant Camellia sinensis.

Leaves are steamed or fried to inactivate oxidation, and then dried. White tea therefore retains the high concentrations of catechins present in fresh tea leaves. As white teas contain buds and leaves, while others are teas from dried tea leaf, is not primarily green and pale. Buds and young tea leaves were found to contain higher levels of caffeine older leaves, suggesting that the caffeine content of some white teas may be slightly higher than that of green teas.

Tea White is a specialty of the Chinese province of Fujian. The leaves come from a number of varieties of tea cultivars. The most popular are Da Bai White (Large), Xiao Bai (Small White), Narcissus and shrubs Chaichit. According to different standards of collection and sorting, white tea can be classified into several categories, described in more detail in the section of the varieties'.

In difficult times, very poor Chinese people would serve guests of boiling water, they could not afford tea. Host and guest refers to water as "white tea" and act as if the tradition of serving international guests tea was carried out as custom. This use is associated with boiled water to be called "white boiled water" in Chinese.
